Dealing with sales of properties - from appointing agents, liaising with a buyer or agent through the entire sales process as well as with client's solicitors and accountants.

Monthly detailed performance reviews.

On -going liaison with beer and other key suppliers.

Driving performance of our Team to achieve business plan objectives.

Meet with client as required, and attend briefing reviews of the portfolio.

Overall management responsibility of client's portfolio including management of debt / arrears positions.

Accompanied field visits across the estate with clients and their advisors.

Dealing with clients as required regarding day to day operational issues.
